A lot of people experience problems with a "bloated" or "stuffed" registry. If you don't maintain your system registry, it can severely affect your systems performance and if left alone can greatly inhibit any computer usage. There are many ways to fix this, but the best thing I know to do is shop around. There are many freeware apps that exist, but they might not do the best job.
